Tony Paquin
Founder and CEO

Nationally recognized as a leading authority in healthcare, Paquin brings over 20 years experience leading companies in the insurance and healthcare industries. He previously founded and managed one of the largest technology companies in the insurance sector, and was CEO of a NASDAQ listed healthcare services company. Paquin has extensive experience in public policy at both the state and national level. He has participated in strategic sessions at the Naval War College and has run as a candidate for the United States House of Representatives.

Gary Paquin
Co-founder, Executive Vice President

Gary Paquin brings over 20 years experience as a manager of top companies in the healthcare, insurance and technology industries. He previously was a top sales and marketing performer at IBM and Computer Associates. Paquin has trained thousands of sales people worldwide and has created a proprietary sales training program which is offered through over 1,000 universities and colleges nationwide. He has been trained in corporate governance and board administration at Stanford Law School and Harvard Business School.

Al Lillig
Vice President of Sales

Al Lillig brings over 20 years of experience to his position as Vice President of Sales, working with hospitals and healthcare systems across the nation to determine the best retail solutions for their network. Over the past several years with Paquin Healthcare, Mr. Lillig has successfully served hundreds of clients in selecting market-specific retail healthcare services. Previously, Mr. Lillig served as General Manager at food service leader Aramark for six years responsible for operations and sales. He graduated from Bradley University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice.

Patti Cardona
Vice President of Operations

Patti Cardona brings over 15 years of experience with an emphasis on the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, sales processes and support collateral. Focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners, Ms. Cardona also produces product demonstrations and strategic presentations to serve as the face of Paquin Healthcare’s suite of services. Prior to joining Paquin Healthcare, Ms. Cardona was the Director of Sales and Marketing for a New York-based social media marketing firm.

Brian Halstrom
Marketing Director

Brian Halstrom brings over 5 years of experience specializing in website optimization, ecommerce and email marketing strategies to Paquin Healthcare Companies. Prior to joining Paquin, he was previously the Marketing Director for a multimillion dollar ecommerce store focused on selling sporting goods worldwide. Mr. Halstrom graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration Degree with a focus in Marketing.

Donna Rebarchak
Senior Retail Consultant

Donna Rebarchak brings over 20 years of experience specializing in retail store design, merchandising, training and buying strategies to Paquin Healthcare Companies. Prior to joining Paquin, she previously was the Retail Director for Aramark, a multi-billion dollar worldwide company. Ms. Rebarchak graduated from the Luzerne College with a business degree.
