Gloria Caulfield Vice President of Marketing Caulfield has more than 17 years of progressive marketing experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Paquin Healthcare Companies, she held the position of Executive Director of Community Development for the Florida Hospital System. In this role, she directed Community Benefit, Community Relations, and Partnership Development for the largest admitting hospital in the country. In addition, she is credited for leading a successful marketing and B2B sales effort for the 18 Centra Care Urgent Care Centers, a significant outpatient retail business for Florida Hospital. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Business Administration. |

Charles M. Trunz, III
Charles M. Trunz III founded and was appointed President of North Shore Health Enterprises in 2007. He initially joined the North Shore-LIJ Health System in 2002 as Chief Administrative and Chief Information Officer, and in 2004 he was promoted to Regional Chief Operating Officer, with responsibilities for managing two tertiary hospitals, children’s hospital, behavior health services and outpatient ambulatory services. Prior to joining North Shore-LIJ, Mr.Trunz was a member of the JP Morgan’s Executive Committee and served in a number of leadership positions over a 21-year period, beginning with a six-year stint as a Controller for several of JPM’s operations. In 1987 he was promoted to the post of Chief Financial Officer of the JP Morgan Investment Bank, and four years later he was selected to head a Risk Management team to redefine the firm’s global risk management practices. Mr. Trunz next became President of JP Morgan Securities in 1992, where for three years, he led the expansion into the Equity, Corporate Bond, and High Yield and Commercial Mortgage Backed businesses. In 1995, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, Global Markets for JPM’s fixed income, derivatives, credit, structured finance and foreign exchange businesses. Prior to retiring from JP Morgan, Mr.Trunz was Chief Operating Officer of Lab Morgan from 2001-2002, where he helped establish private equity, new business development and incubation services.
Gary Strack
Gary Strack has had a 30-year career in Executive Leadership roles in Healthcare. Most recently, Gary served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Boca Raton Community Hospital where he successfully lead the organization for six years. Key accomplishments include: planning and development of a Cancer Institute, Founding the Institute for Quality Aging and developing and opening the Lynn Heart Institute. For 20 years, he also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Orlando Regional Healthcare System, one of the
largest admitting hospitals in the country. Under Strack’s leadership, hospital assets grew from $70,000,000 to $700,000,000. Many major initiatives were developed including: The MD Anderson Cancer Center – Orlando, Arnold Palmer Hospital for Women and Children, and Healthchoice Preferred Provider organization. Strack has been a tireless volunteer to both community and professional organizations such as the Florida Hospital Association, the Economic Development Commission and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
He holds a DHA in Health Administration, MBA, and a BS in Business Administration.
